A Million Little Pieces By James Frey

Dear James Frey,

I had heard from a lot of people about the book "A Million Little Pieces" and how good of a book it was, but i never thought to pick it up and read it until this year. I'm not a huge fan of books, but this one really got my attention. it opened my eyes to the way people judge others with serious problems, and that's so not right. People shouldn't be judged just because they're messed up whether its from alcohol or drugs or whatever everyone should be forgiven right?
When i was reading your book, and learning about all of the problems that James had i realized that James was a victim of himself, and he just wanted a way out. He started doing drugs because he couldn't trust anyone, and who are these people to try and judge him because of that. People just need to learn to live with the fact that people are who they are and you don't need to judge them because of that. The book also showed me that everyone in the world no matter who they are, or what their problem is, they needs at least one person they can rely on. For example lily, and all the other people James met while in the rehabilitation center. Someone a person can turn to even when they are at they're worst.
Your book changed the way i see a majority of the people in my life, and anymore i will meet. i learned that no one should be judged, and everyone should be forgiven for whatever they have done no matter how bad it may seem.
Sincerely,
Kimberly Steffens
